Now that 2013 is officially here, I thought I would just brainstorm about possible resolutions for the coming year:
1. Post a blog entry on my book blog every Monday-Thursday except on holidays.
2. Spend at least 15 minutes a day organizing my bedroom or the scrapbooking room.3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night. On weekdays, this would mean going to bed around 11pm.
4. Start running again and run the Trolley Run, Hosptial Hill 10K, and maybe the Kansas City Half-Marathon.
5. Do yoga on Thursday mornings at Zona Yoga.
6. Print out the Motivated Moms list and follow it.
7. Plan and stick to a weekly menu. Limit eating out as a family to once a week.
8. Drink a green smoothie for breakfast or lunch every day.
