This is what I ate Monday, July 1st:
Breakfast
1 Baked Oatmeal To Go muffin
1/2 cup of coffee
Lunch
Green Smoothie - spinach, pineapple, banana, protein powder
Snack
1 bowl Enjoy Life Cinnamon Crunch granola w/unsweetened coconut milk
1 apple w/soy nut butter
Dinner
15 Minute Creamy Avocado pasta
Mixed green salad w/dried cranberries, almonds and blush wine vinegrette
Snack
Thin Mint brownie
Handful of Salt and Vinegar chickpeas
I didn't keep track of the water I drank but I think I drank at least 64 ounces. I was tired today but I think that has more to do with only getting five hours of sleep last night. I felt hungry for most of the afternoon - I need to get some hummus or something. I think carrots, broccoli and hummus would be a good snack that would fill me up.
