Here is what I ate on Friday, July 6th:
Breakfast
Coconut Cream Pie Lara Bar
Coffee
Lunch
Green Smoothie - coconut milk, mixed greens, banana, blueberries, protein powder
Dinner - Cafe Gratitude
Brown rice w/sauteed veggies and sesame ginger sauce
Chocolate-mint milk shake (made with nut milk)
I worked at the med school this morning and so I was rushed for breakfast. Then I felt like crud when I got home and had a fever. I almost just took a nap without having my smoothie but I forced myself to make and drink it. I glad I did, I think it made me feel better faster.
