This is what I ate on Thursday, July 5th:
Breakfast
1 Baked Oatmeal to Go muffin
Lunch
1 bowl Enjoy Life chocolate granola w/coconut milk
Dinner
Green Smoothie - mixed greens, banana, blueberries, protein powder, coconut milk
2 bowls mixed green salad w/dried cranberries, almonds, blush wine vinegrette
Snack
1 bowl Enjoy Life chocolate granola w/coconut milk
I felt like crud again this morning so after my muffin, I went back to bed. I should have had my green smoothie first to see if that made me feel better. Then I woke up with just enough time to get ready for work so I had to snarf down the granola. I didn't get in any fruits or veggies until dinner time. Not good!
I liked my Green Smoothie a lot better with the coconut milk instead of water like I had been using.
