I ran four miles this morning. My knee started to ache at just over the two mile marker but I kept going. It ached for the rest of my run but didn't get worse. I finished my run at 8am. By noon I could barely go downstairs - it just kept getting worse and worse. I'm going back to the sports chiropractor on Monday - hopefully he can fix me up.
