I went to the master's yoga class yesterday morning and Advanced Vinyasa Flow tonight. It was 90 degrees here today and the temperature in the studio was 85. I was dripping buckets by the end of class.
I went to the chiropractor this morning and he wants me to run Wednesday morning and let him know how it goes. So this is the tentative plan for the rest of the week:
Tuesday: P90X leg video
Wednesday: Run 4 miles
Thursday: Yoga DVD
Friday: P90X leg video
Saturday: Run 6 miles
Sunday: Yoga class
