On Sunday I went to the master's class at Zona Yoga. On Monday I went to Ashtanga FUNdamentals because I was meeting girlfriends for a movie later and couldn't go to Advanced Vinyasa Flow. On Tuesday I ran three miles and had knee pain. I took Wednesday off and then ran just one and a half miles on Thursday.
My chiropractor told me that if I had knee pain on Thursday that I should take a week off running and see if that helped things heal. He also said I should build up my quads and that should help. So on Friday I did just the leg portion of the P90X Chest and Back video. Oh my gosh - I can hardly walk this morning! I can't believe it - it's not like I haven't done any exercise since I finished P90X. I took today off to recover and I'll go to yoga in the morning.
I weighed myself this morning and I weighed in at 121.5! I'm only 4.5 pounds from my goal weight of 117. Yay!
