I didn't end up working out Thurs-Sat because I still didn't feel well. I did run the Trolley Run this morning. The times aren't on the website yet - I'll post mine when they're up.
Unfortunately, my knee started really hurting at the two mile mark so I ran/walked the last two miles. I've been icing me knee tonight and I'm going to look into getting a sports massage to see if that helps. From what I've found online, it's a Illiotibial band injury caused by overuse. So I'm going to take this week off of running and see what happens.
Here's my workout plan for the week:
Monday - Advanced Vinyasa Flow at Zona Yoga
Tuesday - Chest and Back from P90X
Wednesday - Power to the Peaceful yoga DVD
Thursday - Shoulders and Arms from P90X
Friday - Yoga (DVD to be decided)
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Master's yoga class
