I didn't work out yesterday because when I turned on the TV to put in my P90X video I got sucked into Royal Wedding coverage. Dumb! But I did run 4.5 miles when we got back into town this afternoon. My knee started aching around mile two. It didn't get worse until around the 4.5 miles mark when the pain got sharper so I stopped.
