I did Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred Level 2 this morning because I didn't get up in time to do anything longer. I was really sweaty at the end so hopefully I got a good workout. I have been really struggling to get up in the morning. I need to get to bed earlier. I haven't been shutting off the light until a few minutes after midnight. I need to get back to going to bed around 11pm at the latest.
I went to the sports injury chiropractor this morning. I really like him. He spent a good half hour adjusting me. This afternoon he sent me a detailed email with my diagnosis and treatment plan. He also said he would call me tomorrow afternoon to see how tomorrow mornings run went. I was very impressed with his thoroughness.

I need to break my Five Guys addiction. I've been eating there once a week for quite a few weeks now. I did good getting fruit in at lunch but was lacking veggies for the day - and guess what? I don't feel as good as I did yesterday when I ate a ton of produce.
