I went to Advanced Vinyasa Flow tonight at Zona Yoga. I'm going to switch to the Hospital Hill 10K training schedule since I had to take so much time off when I was sick. Here's my workout schedule for the rest of the week:
Tuesday - Run 4 miles
Wednesday - P90X Chest and Back
Thursday - Run 4 miles
Friday - P90X Shoulders and Arms
Saturday - Run 6 miles if I can (we'll be out of town)
Sunday - Master's yoga class
