I ended up taking Tuesday and Wednesday off because Tuesday was my birthday. It's been so hard for me to get back in my routine of getting up to work out every day! This morning I did the P90X Chest and Back DVD. It goes through the circut twice and I just did the circut once. Then I did Ab Ripper X. I'm going to try to run in the morning since my knee is feeling better. If it hurts after running tomorrow then I'm going to get a sports massage and see if that helps.

I did a better job of getting some fruits and vegetables in than I normally do but my evening snacking was out of control!
