I accidentally set this morning's alarm for PM instead of AM so I overslept and missed my yoga class! I'll go to Zona Yoga tomorrow night to make up for it.
This week's workout plan:
Monday - Ashtanga FUNdementals at Zona Rosa
Tuesday - Run three miles on treadmill
Wednesday - Jillian Michael's No More Troublezones DVD (with three pound weights!)
Thursday - Run three miles on treadmill
Friday - Power to the Peaceful Yoga DVD (this was a gift; I have no idea what to expect)
Saturday - Run four miles on treadmill or outside
Sunday - master's yoga class
Brunch
Bowl of Cheerios w/sprinkling of sugar
Coffee
Snack (Starbucks)
Small nonfat/nowhip iced mocha
Dinner
2 servings butternut squash and bacon casserole
1 serving World's best salad
1 piece garlic bread
Snack
2 pumpkin bars
1/2 serving Jimmy Fallon ice cream
(The excessive snacking is because I have a fever and I stayed up way too late waiting for it to break when the Tylonel kicked in. I sweat a ton when my fever breaks and I hate having sweaty sheets. I hope I'm better by tomorrow night so I can go to yoga!)
