Small nonfat, no whip Mint Condition from Caribou Coffee - okay, I just looked this up on their website and it's 320 calories! WTF - a tall nonfat, no whip mocha from Starbucks in only 170 calories. I'm not going to be going to Caribou again!
Lunch
2 Southwestern Rice Cakes (Cooking Light recipe)
Diet Coke
Snack
1 Cascadian Farms chocolate chip granola bar (140 calories)
Dinner
Cherry pork loin (WW recipe)
Mashed potatoes
Roasted asparagus
Snack
1 serving chocolate-chip cookie dough ice cream w/chocolate syrup
Ugh, I'm so pissed about that drink from Caribou - I just assumed that all mocha's would have a similar calorie count. Even a regular nonfat, no whip mocha from Caribou is 260 calories and 18 grams of fat! A Starbucks nonfat, no whip mocha has 2 grams of fat. Live and learn I guess!
