Week 7 of P90X went great - I got all my workouts in and was able to push harder in all of them. My diet still needs work though. I'm stuck at 129 pounds. My goal for this week is plan out a menu for the entire week - including my lunches - and also keep a food diary.
Week 8 is a "recovery week" and then it will be time to take my 60 day photos!
