I made it through Yoga X this morning without my guts falling out or anything so that was good. I went to the GI doctor to discuss the results of my CAT scan and he basically said they were inconclusive but I can see a surgeon for a consultation if I want to. So I'm going to next week just to see what he says.
Okay, on to my food diary. I think it will be pretty apparent that 1) I need to go grocery shopping and 2) I need to plan out some menus.
Breakfast
1/2 blueberry-banana protein shake
Lunch
Small mocha - Friendly Bean (I think they accidentally put whip cream on it.)
Snack
1/2 apple
1/2 blueberry-banana protein shake
1 chocolate chip cookie
Dinner
Cheese quesadilla (whole wheat tortilla)
Snack
1/2 bag microwave popcorn (94% fat-free)
Small handful Junior Mints
3 chocolate chip cookies
What is also very apparent from today's diary is that if I don't eat enough during the day, I will PIG OUT at night. Jeez.
