Week 5 went pretty well considering I ended the week with both a possible hernia (CAT scan is Tuesday morning) and a return of MRSA (that's what the boil on my backside turned out to be). I got in all the workouts with the exception of trading Yoga X on Thursday for walking and skipping Ab Ripper X on Friday since it's all done on your back and at that point the sore really was really swollen and hurting. I'm on anti-biotics now and it's slowly getting better. So even though I didn't get all the workouts in to the letter, I'm still counting this week as complete. If I don't get all the workouts in next week then I may stay in this phase an extra week.
My weight as of this morning was 128 - that's a total of three pounds lost since I started the P90X program. Someone other than Travis commented that I looked thinner the other day - yay!
