Well, today's workout totally blew. It was supposed to Yoga X BUT I have a huge painful boil (gross I know) on the backside of my waist and it's preventing me from bending over. Yoga with no downward dogs would not be yoga. So I thought I would run for my cardio today. That didn't work - the impact and jostling made the boil hurt even more. So I switched to walking and after just a minute or so I got a searing pain in my side where my freaking hernia probably is. I powered through a mile anyway but that's all I could do.
