I have successfully made it through the first four weeks of P90X without missing a single workout. (I did take a week off when I was sick but I made up the lost week.) Incidentally, Week 4 is supposed to be a "recovery week". WHATEVER. I think the Core Synergistics workout, which is done twice in Week 4 is one of the hardest workouts so far. So is Yoga X which I also did twice this week.
My weight this morning was 129.5. That means I've only lost 1.5 pounds since I started. But I think that's pretty good considering I usually gain weight over the Christmas season. Now that's it's over, my diet will be more consistent so hopefully I'll lose more.
Travis is going to take my 30-day progress photos tonight. I'm interested to see if I'll notice any difference when comparing them to my before photos.
