I've decided that this week will be my official first week of P90X, not a dry run. With the execption of not having a chinup bar on Monday, I've given my all to every workout so I want it to count. On Monday I'll be adding in the nutrition portion of the plan.
Yesterday's workout was Legs and Back. The Legs part was pretty much all lunges and squats. My butt was sore this morning! The Back part was all different kinds of pullups. I can only do three at a time even with the assistance of a chair.
