This past week, I did the DVD 30 Day Shred (with Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser)on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I started with Level 1 and figured it would be a breeze and I'd move on to Level 2 the second day. Uh no. Level 1 kicked my butt! I had no idea that a 20 minute workout could wear me out and make me sweat so much. I'm still on Level 1 and will probably be there for a while.
This morning Travis and I walked in the Head for the Cure 5K. I haven't gotten back into a running routine since my illness this summer forced me to take time off. I had to walk as fast as I could to keep up with my long-legged husband so I still got a good workout.
