(I ran the first mile, then walked for one minute, then did 5 mintues running/1 walking after that)
March 28 Workout
Treadmill, 58 minutes, 4.07 miles ran/walked, 604 calories burned (didn't meet Runner's Edge because it was snowing)
March 26 Workout
Treadmill, 30 minutes, 2.07 miles ran/walked, 310 calories burned
