Two steps forward, one step back. I didn't keep track of what I ate at the in-laws house, but it was more than I usually eat. I need to get back to recording what I eat daily.

Finally I am losing again! I have no idea how I pulled it off - I ate a lot of mini Reece's peanut butter cups at the retreat - but I am not complaining. We are leaving for Indiana tomorrow morning to visit Travis's dad and stepmom. I need to be careful and not pig out too much while we're there.
