I was only able to run two miles this morning before my knee starting feeling funny. I made an appointment for tomorrow morning with a chiropractor who also does sports massage. Hopefully I can get this fixed ASAP because I want to run more than two miles at a time!

I did a great job getting my fruits and vegatables in today - at least seven servings by my calculation! And I feel great too which I'm positive is related. I signed up for a weekly organic fruit and vegatable delivery service and got the first delivery today: zuchunni, carrots, bananas, pears, apples, lettuce, spinach, onion, new potatoes and mushrooms. I'm excited about finding recipes to use all my fresh produce!
